SUNDAY ACTIVITIES:
Worship Services
If it is a Level 2 Snow Emergency in Madison and / or Union county, we will not meet in-person for worship services, but will still provide a live online worship service.
If it is a Level 3 Snow Emergency in Madison and / or Union county, there will be no in-person or online worship services.
Onsite Activities
If it is a Level 2 or 3 Snow Emergency in Madison and / or Union County, all on-site Sunday activities (Crossroads Student Ministry, Journey Groups, etc) will be cancelled. The decision to cancel activities or not will be made based on Snow Emergency Levels at 6:00 AM on Sunday morning.
WEEKDAY ACTIVITIES:
On site weekday activities (Leadership Team meetings, Crossroads Student Ministry events, Journey Groups, etc) will be cancelled when any of the following conditions are met:
Jonathan Alder Schools are cancelled, released early due to inclement wether, or cancelled evening activities.
A Level 1, 2, or 3 Snow Emergency is issued for Union and / or Madison counties and is in effect for 4 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
Whenever possible, leaders of impacted ministries will notify participants if activities will shift to the Zoom online meeting platform or if they are completely cancelled.
