SUNDAY ACTIVITIES:
If we are at a Level 2 Snow Emergency, we will not meet in-person for worship services, but will still provide a live online worship service.
If we are at a Level 3 Snow Emergency, there will be no in-person or online worship services.
On site Sunday activities (including worship services, Crossroads Student Ministry, etc) will be cancelled if a Level 2 or 3 Snow Emergency is issue for Union and / or Madison counties. The decision to cancel activities or not will be made based on Snow Emergency Levels at 6:00 AM on Sunday morning.
WEEKDAY ACTIVITIES:
On site weekday activities (including but not limited to Leadership Team meetings, Crossroads Student Ministry event, Journey Groups that meet in the church building, etc) will be cancelled when any of the following conditions are met:
Jonathan Alder Schools are cancelled, released early due to inclement wether, or cancelled evening activities
A Level 1, 2, or 3 Snow Emergency is issued for Union and / or Madison counties and is in effect for 4 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
Whenever possible, leaders of impacted ministries will notify participants if activities will shift to the Zoom online meeting platform or if they are completely cancelled.
